GENERAL RULES
* Please provide plenty of reference photos; even close-ups of specific body parts are helpful for the drawing process.
* I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason (or no reason at all); if I am uncomfortable or unwilling to work on a request, I will turn it down.
* I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for my portfolio.
* Please let me know if you do not want the commissioned artwork to be posted publicly.
* Do not use my artwork for feed AI (Artificial Intelligence).
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
My artwork is intended for personal use only, not commercial use. Commissioned art may only be used for personal purposes—such as profile pictures or personal prints—and must not be resold.
PAYMENT METHODS
For now, I only use US dollars via PayPal and Ko-fi for payments, so I do not accept money in any other form (such as game tokens or the like).
REFUNDS
Clients may request a refund if I have not yet started the commission or if it is still in the rough sketch stage; in this case, 98% of the amount will be refunded (not 100%, due to PayPal fees). Once the work progresses beyond the rough sketch stage (e.g., to Lineart, Flat Color, or Shading), deductions will apply.
However, I may also issue a refund if I feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed and unable to proceed with your commission request. If I refund you at these stages, the following deductions will apply:
* Lineart stage: 73% refund
* Flat-color stage: 48% refund
* Shading stage: 23% refund
WORKFLOW AND DEADLINES
i don't like rushing my art, so I don't set strict deadlines for commissions. I also don't always work on them in the order received, so I don't use a strict FCFS (First-Come, First-Served) system.
Please keep in mind that completion might take longer than usual due to factors like my mood, a long queue, or complex client requests. I hope you understand—though I will always do my best to deliver the work.My workflow generally looks like this:
